On May 2nd from 10AM until 1PM please join us in the beautiful classroom. A wholesome, vegan and gluten-free, Ayurvedic lunch will be included.

We have an Ayurvedic workshop with an emphasis on gut health, microflora, and probiotics. Learn how your stomach is your second brain and discover new science that is aligning Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest medicinal systems. Learn what to eat and not eat for your gut and how to cleanse your intestinal track!

Do you know that 95% of the body’s serotonin (a neurotransmitter that stabilizes mood) is located in the intestinal lining (gut wall) and only 5% is found in the brain?

Ayurveda understood it well before modern science started talking about the importance of having diversity in microbiome. The microbes in soil changes each season which helps diversify the flora in the gut so that we are prepared to fend off seasonal flus and other invaders. This is the reason we focus on seasonal diet in Ayurveda.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU DIGEST, NOT WHAT YOU EAT.

If you would like to learn more on how to handle on stress tolerance, intelligence, immunity, memory, and sleep, come to our workshop on Saturday, May 2nd. To register please go to https://www.eventbrite.com/e/94712205757

We look forward to seeing you there!
